Your Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAS Developer to join our team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Advanced SAS, SAS Viya, and SAS DI, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in complex environments. Experience in the banking or financial services domain is highly desirable.

• Design, develop, and maintain SAS programs for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing SAS code for performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, business users, and IT.
• Implement solutions using SAS Viya and SAS DI Studio.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Your Profile:

• Strong proficiency in SAS programming, including Base SAS, Advanced SAS, and SAS Macros.
• Hands-on experience with SAS Viya and SAS DI Studio.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data management.
• Experience in the banking or financial services domain is a strong advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
