We help our clients build an enterprise-class data platform that allows them to move ahead in their journey of data and insights. Primarily working with leading software vendors like SAP, Informatica, IBM, Oracle et al, the team are first and foremost Consultants, putting client requirements and industry best practices at the heart of delivery.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role
We are looking for a candidate who bring in senior leadership and expertise in the SAP technology stack. This includes (but not limited to) SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Data Services/Migration Cockpit, experience and expertise around data domain knowledge of such as PP, SD, MM, FI/CO working as functional consultant, and analytics tools such as SAP BW, Datasphere etc.

  • Lead and Manage delivery of large SAP data projects or streams in larger projects.
  • Manage stakeholders, both from the client and internally, and help clients them define, classify, and prioritise their requirements and solution roadmap.
  • Drive creation of new SAP value propositions, Go To Market offerings and accelerators across the whole technology set of SAP in the context of Data Management(Governance,MDM,DQ, Migration and Analytics).
  • Build SAP data Internal capability, propositions, trainings etc.
  • Work with Capgemini management consultants and programme managers to design solutions that leverage SAP packaged content and solutions but also look beyond standard offerings and safeguard clients’ core requirements and competitive advantage.

Your Skills And Experience

  • Experience in managing and leading large sized teams with demonstrable experience and expertise in working within a global development environment with multiple stakeholders and distributed team.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and delivering large transformation programs using the SAP technology stack.
  • Extensive Data Domain knowledge in domains such as PP, SD, MM, FI/CO by being a functional consultant and experience in delivering MDM and Data Migration programs leveraging standard and innovative approaches.
  • ETL experience in recognised enterprise SAP ETL technologies such as SAP Data Services. Migration Cockpit and experience in migrating data to SAP S4/HANA and/or ECC systems from SAP and non-SAP source systems.
  • Experience in leading and implementing solutions for data profiling, data cleansing and data enrichment within an SAP context.
  • An interest in working in data migration projects for analytic scenarios as well as flexibility to work on SAP Analytics projects. SAP MDM knowledge and SAP Migration Cockpit experience and awareness of other SAP data migration techniques and tools with third party vendors and tools are a plus.
  • Has experience in managing and delivering architectures, solutions and large programs as part of S4 transformation journey.

Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
