As a Senior SAP Presales Lead, you\’ll bring your SAP knowledge, strategic thinking, and client‑centric mindset to shape proposals that align with business goals. You\’ll work across industries, helping clients navigate complexity and drive transformation with the support of Capgemini\’s diverse capabilities.

Hybrid working: We offer a flexible hybrid working model. Your work locations will vary depending on your role and project needs, including a blend of Capgemini offices, client sites, and home working. While some in‑person presence is required, we support work‑life balance and flexible arrangements.

Your role

As a Senior SAP Presales Lead, you will:

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape thoughtful, client‑focused proposals.
  • Leverage your SAP expertise—whether technical, functional, or project‑based—to address client‑specific challenges.

Your skills and experience Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Proposal Development: Partner with bidვა teams, SAP specialists, and account leaders to co‑develop tailored responses to client requests (RFx). You’ll help assess client needs, define win themes, and support presentations and pitches.
  • Strategic Opportunity Development: Work with SAP CoE and ERP advisoryKommentar leads to design and promote go‑to‑market propositions that reflect emerging trends and client priorities.
  • Pipeline Analysis & Management: Monitor and analyze the opportunity pipeline, providing insights and updates for internal reviews and planning.
  • Solution Design Leadership: When appropriate, lead solution design efforts, coordinating subject matter experts to craft compelling, scalable offers.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Enablement: Contribute to the development of sales collateral and reusable assets that support future opportunities.
  • Brand & Relationship Building: Help strengthen Capgemini\’s SAP brand internally and externally by nurturing relationships with clients, SAP, hyperscalers, and other partners. intentando
  • Leadership Support: Provide support to the SAP CoE Lead, including representing the team in meetings and initiatives when needed.

Your security clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.

To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
