Your Role:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for risk-related projects.
- Work closely with technology teams to define functional and non-functional specifications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Perform data analysis, mapping, and validation for risk and compliance reporting.
- Support risk assessment and mitigation strategies across applications and platforms.
- Facilitate workshops, create BRDs, FRDs, and technical documentation, maneuver traceability throughout the SDLC.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory directives and internal risk policies.
Your Profile:
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst with strong technical exposure in Banking/Financial Services.
- Solid understanding of Risk Management frameworks (Operational, Regulatory, Credit Risk).
- Hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, API integrations, and system interfaces.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
