Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Radar Live WTW Product Configuration Developer to join our growing insurance technology team. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining pricing models in WTW's Radar Live platform to support our underwriting and rating processes. This is a hands-on technical role involving close collaboration with actuarial, underwriting, and IT teams.
Your Role:
- Develop and configure pricing structures, rules, and decision logic using WTW Radar Live.
- Translate actuarial models and business requirements into accurate technical implementations.
- Design and manage test cases to validate pricing configuration and ensure consistency.
- Maintain version control and deployment pipelines for Radar Live configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including actuaries, underwriters, and IT professionals.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues with pricing models and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal governance standards.
- Participate in peer reviews and contribute to best practices in Radar Live development.
Your Profile:
- Strong experience with WTW Radar Live and Radar Base configuration.
- Proficient in scripting logic, rating algorithm development, and pricing rule configuration.
- Knowledge of insurance pricing, underwriting processes, and actuarial principles.
- Familiarity with JSON, XML, or similar data structures used for model inputs/outputs.
- Experience integrating Radar Live with policy administration systems (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Understanding of cloud-based deployment environments (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Radar model deployment.
