We are expanding with AI engineers and developers who are passionate about solving complex technical problems using modern AI LLMs and cloud-native engineering. If you are a strong Python developer with hands-on experience in AI engineering, agentic frameworks, and the Azure ecosystem, and enjoy working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, this is the role for you.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role:
- Develop scalable AI LLM-based solutions using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and related agentic frameworks.
- Build, optimise, and deploy agentic AI workflows, multi-agent architectures, and retrieval augmented systems.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of LLM observability evaluation workflows, prompt monitoring, and model performance instrumentation.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
- Work with Azure cloud services to build secure, resilient, and scalable data pipelines (Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, AKS, etc.).
- Participate in architectural discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
- Support continuous improvement through innovation, experimentation, and rapid prototyping.
- Work closely within a cross-functional and globally distributed team while contributing to team culture, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices.
Your Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience as a Python Developer with solid coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in AI engineering with practical exposure to building LLM-based or agentic AI solutions.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agentic LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Understanding of LLM observability evaluation metrics, prompt evaluation, guardrails, and model lifecycle management.
- Experience working with Azure Cloud services and cloud-native application development.
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, integration patterns, and API-based systems.
- Strong team player with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools and technologies, and contribute to a greenfield environment.
- Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, RAG architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of AI safety governance and responsible AI principles.
- Experience in enterprise-grade application delivery within banking or financial services.
