Capgemini is looking for Senior Project Manager in healthcare domain with end-to-end delivery experience across complex healthcare technology implementations, from initiation and planning through deployment, go-live, hypercare and operational handover.

Ownership of customer-facing healthcare IT projects, acting as the primary point of accountability for client stakeholders. Proven end-to-end delivery experience across complex healthcare technology implementations, from initiation and planning through deployment, go-live, hypercare and operational handover. leading formal project governance, including steering committees, status reporting, RAID management, escalation management, and executive stakeholder communications. Delivery outcomes throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation, customer acceptance, transition to support, and benefits realization. Experience managing multiple stakeholder groups across clinical, operational, technical, and supplier organisations within healthcare environments.

Successful high-tech project management experience Strong team player who will act on EDI projects. Superb project management skills, including ability to multi-task, using accepted project methodologies such as PRINCE2. Demonstrated acumen for understanding IT products and network environments. Proven end-to-end delivery experience across complex healthcare technology implementations, from initiation and planning through deployment, go-live, hypercare and operational handover. Strong project financial and commercial management experience, including budget ownership, forecasting, cost control, margin management, change control, and financial reporting. All roles will require a level of security clearance; BPSS OR Security ClearanceOR Developed Vetting.
