Your Role
- Drive business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery practices.
- Conduct requirement workshops, define AS-IS/TO-BE processes, and manage user stories.
- Oversee AEM-based digital experience platforms and campaign implementations.
- Manage product and sprint backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Support API, microservices, and event-driven architecture projects in AWS cloud.
- Deliver dashboards and reports using Power BI for data-driven insights.
- Ensure quality through test strategies, automation, and cross-platform validation.

- Highly experienced Tech BAPO with proven leadership in complex projects.
- Expertise in AEM, API, SQL, UML, and cloud technologies (AWS).
- Skilled in business analysis tools like Jira, Rally, Confluence, and Figma.
- Certified in CSPO, AWS Cloud Practitioner, ISTQB, and AEM Sites Practitioner.
- Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
- Adept at stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration.
