We are seeking an experienced OSS Inventory and Network Resource Management SME with 10-12 years of experience in telecom OSS platforms and network inventory systems. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Amdocs Cramer, Comarch NRM, and telecom inventory management processes, along with strong knowledge of Configuration Management, Performance Management, Fault Management, and GIS systems.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • OSS transformation
  • Inventory modernization and network data governance
  • System integration

  • Operational excellence initiatives across telecom network domains.

Required Skills:

  • OSS platforms and functional knowledge: Amdocs Cramer (Mandatory), Comarch NRM (Mandatory)
  • Telecom domain experience: Mobile Networks (2G/3G/4G/5G), IP/MPLS Networks, Optical & Transport Networks, Fiber Inventory Management, Fixed Access Networks, Telecom Service Fulfillment & Assurance
  • GIS Knowledge: GIS-based Network Inventory, Spatial Data Modeling, Network Mapping Solutions
  • Integration & Technology Skills: REST APIs, SOAP Services, XML / JSON, Java, SQL, Python, Shell scripts, Linux, Oracle, Data Migration & ETL, Inventory Reconciliation, Data Quality Management
  • Architecture & Design: OSS Transformation Programs, Telecom Canonical Data Models, Inventory Migration Strategies, HLD / LLD Preparation, System Integration Design

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Certifications in Telecom OSS/BSS platforms are preferred.
  • Experience with inventory transformation and modernization programs.
  • Exposure to cloud-native OSS architectures is advantageous.
