Your Role: Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a Program Test Lead or Test Manager on large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and global rollouts.
- Strong capability to define, own, and drive an end-to-end testing strategy across functional, integration, UAT, cutover, and regression phases.
- Hands-on experience managing program-level test planning, test design, execution, defect management, reporting, and formal test closure.
- Demonstrated leadership of large, multi-vendor, cross-functional testing teams across onsite and offshore delivery models.
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA core modules including Finance (FI/CO), Logistics (SD/MM/PP), Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Experience testing complex end-to-end business processes spanning multiple SAP modules.
- Practical exposure to SAP S/4HANA Fiori applications and validation of custom Fiori extensions.
- Strong knowledge of SAP landscape integrations including SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and third-party applications.
- Ability to plan and manage system integration testing involving both SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA and Xray.
- Strong working knowledge of test case design techniques, traceability, and coverage analysis.
Your Profile: Qualifications
- Expertise in managing the full defect lifecycle including triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking.
- Hands-on experience with regression testing planning and execution in SAP programs.
- Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery models used in enterprise-scale SAP transformations.
- Experience in data migration testing including data validation, reconciliation, and sign-off.
- Exposure to cutover planning, mock cutover execution, and cutover validation testing.
- Experience managing change request testing and impact-based regression cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven program environment.
