This job is with Capgemini, an inclusive employer. Our Developers are software engineering experts, bringing technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to our projects. They ensure delivered solutions meet user needs, goals, and objectives of our clients while promoting software engineering best practices.
They work as part of a team to deliver innovative software solutions in a cloud-first environment with a strong focus on DevOps practices from design to production.
Hybrid working: The places you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role: The role is delivery focused, working on a single client project at a time. You will lead the development and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to meet user needs within a delivery team. You will be part of designing solutions and implementing configurations for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, extending capabilities through customisation. You will build solutions as part of an agile team using declarative tools, backed by Microsoft, and using our own technical accelerators.
Your skills and experience:
- Energy and excitement about the technologies and capabilities provided by Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Enjoy using your software engineering knowledge: Dynamics 365 SDK and tooling.
- Support teams through your knowledge of .Net, Microsoft Dataverse Web API and related technologies.
- Hands-on experience in the setup of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD), ideally using Azure DevOps.
- An understanding of the broader Microsoft technology stack and an ability to leverage it to create powerful solutions.
- A desire to continually develop your knowledge of new functionality in the Microsoft technology stack, shown by recent exams and certifications.
- Interest in Microsoft Azure development and integration, particularly Azure serverless (Functions, Logic Apps), API and API Management, and Azure Service Bus.
