Your Role
- Client Engagement and Advisory: Partnering with client stakeholders to understand organizational goals, assess workforce challenges, and shape transformation agendas.
- Provide advisory services on workforce trends, talent management, leadership development, skills strategies, and workplace culture.
- Developing and implementing talent acquisition and management solutions, enhancing learning and development programs to address skills gaps and future capabilities, and advising on workforce planning that aligns with business strategy and market trends.
- Lead cultural transformation initiatives, foster inclusive, high‑performing environments and guide organizations through behavioural change.
- Lead scoping, planning, and delivery of workforce transformation projects, ensuring solutions are innovative, data‑driven, aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and leadership sessions to co‑create solutions, build consensus, and drive stakeholder buy‑in.
- Nurture client relationships, contribute to thought leadership, monitor industry trends, innovate our offers and capabilities to ensure a forward‑thinking approach.
- Coach and mentor junior team members.
You’re not expected to be an expert in all aspects of workforce transformation; it’s preferable to have depth of experience in one area from Talent, Skills, Learning, Workforce Planning and Culture.
As an example, the types of activities that you will get involved in include:
- Conducting skills gap analyses, mapping current and future capabilities, and developing career and/or learning pathways that align with business needs and employee aspirations.
- Co‑creating and implementing career pathways, learning strategy and learning journeys that support internal mobility and talent development.
- Designing and delivering reskilling, learning and culture change programmes.
- Partnering with HR, L&D, and business leaders to align workforce initiatives with goals.
- Supporting the integration of skills and learning frameworks into existing HR systems (e.g., LMS, talent management platforms).
- Providing actionable insights and recommendations based on workforce data and analytics.
- Supporting change management and communication plans to embed new frameworks and tools effectively.
As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
- Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
- Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
- Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
Your Profile

- You will work and communicate with all levels of our organisation, be knowledgeable on market trends and challenges across HR, Learning, Skills and bring your own point of view to share with colleagues and clients.

- Skilled at establishing brilliant working relationships with clients and teams – helping us achieve the highest standards of quality and widening our reach.
- We are interested in meeting candidates that are currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in an industry with a Consulting background.
- Desirable if you have proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
- Experience in Agile Methodology, Design Thinking and Change Management is desirable.
- Experience of proposition building and delivery.
- You need to be Security Cleared or eligible to obtain it.
