We have an exciting opportunity to join Capgemini as a Network Operations Analyst supporting a variety of Private & Public sector clients within our vast portfolio. Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) provides support at all levels for a multitude of technologies across complex landscapes, providing expertise to deliver a stable, secure, efficient and well managed infrastructure, over the full lifecycle of each solution. Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role: Join our dynamic Network Operations Centre (NOC) and play a key role in shaping the future of enterprise connectivity and security. You will work alongside passionate Network Analysts, tackling complex challenges and driving innovation across cutting‑edge technologies like SD‑WAN, Wireless LAN, and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions including Fortinet SASE and other industry leaders.

- Diagnose and resolve Level 2/3 network incidents, ensuring seamless connectivity and security for global enterprises.
- Implement network changes and requests, optimizing performance across diverse environments.

Your skills and experience: We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment and brings:
- Enterprise networking experience, backed by relevant technical certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto NSP).
- Hands‑on expertise with Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower).
- Strong knowledge of SD‑WAN technologies and familiarity with SASE frameworks, including Fortinet SASE and other leading solutions.
- Expertise in core networking areas such as LAN/WAN, VPN, MPLS, network segmentation, VLAN configuration, QoS, and advanced routing and switching.
- Familiarity with network security principles, load balancing, and integration with cloud networking solutions is highly desirable.
- A good working knowledge of ITIL processes.
