Your role

As part of the rapid growth in our Water Sector Practice, we are seeking an experienced leader to join our highly talented team. You will work on the pursuit and delivery of major advisory, consulting and transformation services across the sector, collaborating closely with the largest UK Water companies.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development – Lead and contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution and client hosting at events.
  • Project Delivery – Lead engagements with clients, delivering quality outcomes on time and on budget.
  • Internal Contribution – Develop campaign initiatives, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events) and offering development.
  • Learning & Development – Receive training to support your career growth and skill demand, including certifications.
  • Thought Leadership – Help grow our market thinking and positioning; attend and present at industry events and support publications.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience within consulting in the Water sector, including with UK Water companies and strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Exceptional consulting skills, with a background in a major consulting firm and/or industry consulting.
  • Proven experience building and delivering proposition solutions, and leading high‑performing teams.
  • Experience of digital programme delivery and design in Capital Delivery, Waste and Water Operations, or Back Office.
  • Senior client relationship management experience within a UK Water company.
  • Deep understanding of sector trends, regulatory environment and the challenges facing UK Water companies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, able to work independently and within teams.
  • Commitment to personal and team development, with passion for coaching and mentoring.
  • Flexibility to travel and work at client sites as required.
