Your role: As a Managing or Senior Manager in our Insurance practice, you will be working with some of the world's largest commercial and personal lines Insurers – across Property/Casualty, Life and Health – to advise, shape and deliver market leading strategies, business models and digital propositions.
What you will do: You will design and lead streams of work whilst playing a role in Capgemini’s growth through successful delivery, contributing to our offers and knowledge, as well as developing new business.
You will apply a ‘systems-thinking' mindset, proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure our clients’ ambitions and objectives are achieved.
You will bring the right combination of style and substance, ensuring that the basics are right, whilst always focusing on adding value to our clients.
You will identify and analyse problems and issues that may affect the successful delivery and adoption of our proposed solutions into the business.
You will work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to drive continuous business performance improvement.
As part of your role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories: Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
