This job is with Capgemini, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. At Capgemini Invent, we bring to life what's next for our clients. By combining strategy, technology, data science, and creative design expertise with an inventive mindset, we partner with our clients to innovate and transform their business, helping them navigate today, while plotting a course for the future.

As the digital innovation, design and transformation brand of the Capgemini Group, Capgemini Invent enables CxOs to envision and shape the future of their businesses. Located in more than 36 offices and 37 creative studios around the world, it comprises a 12,000+ strong team of strategists, data scientists, product and experience designers, brand experts and technologists who develop new digital services, products, experiences and business models for sustainable growth.

We are looking for a Vice President, Programme Leadership and Transformation, from a consulting background, to join our Programme and Change capability within the Workforce and Organisation (W&O) practice. You will work with the team to set the strategy, methods and market proposition for how we help clients plan, govern and deliver their most complex, highest-value programmes — spanning Consulting, Technology and Digital, and increasingly powered by agentic AI.

Your work will have a meaningful impact on society, businesses and lives. As a Vice President, you'll shape the portfolio, set the standard for how it's delivered, and be the senior figure clients turn to — from framing the work through to delivering it.

Leading the W&O Programme capability means owning how we advise on the most significant business and organisational change our clients face, using — and evolving — our leading practice methods, tools and techniques. You'll make change stick, ensuring sustainable benefits are realised, through your personal impact with senior stakeholders and your leadership of the wider capability.

As a Vice President, you'll lead a team of agile problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their most complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Capability leadership: set the strategy, methods and standards for our Programme capability, and build a strong pipeline of talent beneath you.
  • Business development: lead the practice by setting strategy, driving new business, and providing advisory services across business strategy, market growth, go-to-market — including our AI and agentic delivery proposition — and operational improvement.
  • Client shaping and commercials: work directly with clients to frame scope and approach, set commercial and pricing strategy, and lead negotiation.
  • Delivery: build and hold lasting relationships at CxO and Board level, identifying and shaping clients' key issues into opportunities. Shape and personally lead delivery of our largest, most complex transformation programmes.
  • Revenue generation: accountable for generating in the region of £5–8m+ of consulting revenue.
  • Brand and market eminence: be a visible leader in the Consulting and industry community — speaking at conferences, authoring thought leadership on programme leadership and AI in delivery.
  • Practice and people leadership: a strong track record of practice building and developing talent.

At Capgemini Invent, we believe in creating a partnership with our clients. We thrive on the knowledge that the Digital work we do has real impact. We foster an inclusive culture that enables everyone to achieve their full potential and enjoy a fulfilling career with us.

We understand that everyone has varied lives and we want you to have a great work-life balance. Our Work Life Harmony policy will help you to work flexibly and juggle your work and home life.

When you join Capgemini, you'll join a team that does the right thing.
