We are seeking a Senior Data Migration Business Analyst with 8-10 years of IT and BA experience, specializing in core banking and large-scale data migration programs. This role is critical in gathering business requirements, analysing banking data structures, and ensuring accurate and compliant migration across systems. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and suppliers to drive end-to-end data-migration planning, mapping, and impact assessments.

Your Role

  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements for complex data-migration initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs, and multi-supplier teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Analyse tables, schemas, and data attributes to determine what and how data should be migrated.
  • Develop detailed data-mapping specifications aligned with migration requirements and target platforms.
  • Conduct impact assessments, identify risks, and provide clear recommendations for migration activities.

Your Skills

  • Strong knowledge of the banking domain and hands-on experience with core banking platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across business and technical teams.
  • Expertise in BPMN processes, requirement-gathering techniques, and structured documentation.
  • Deep experience in data-migration analysis, including schema review, attribute evaluation, and migration logic.
