We are a dynamic and fast-moving business unit, with an expectation of further growth over the coming years to ensure that we can continue to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

We are looking for SAP consultants who can combine strong functional expertise with a client-centric, consultative approach to support the continued growth and success of the TRM solution. This is a challenging and multi-faceted role that requires strong functional SAP knowledge, a commitment to continuous learning and big-picture thinking.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).

Your role: In this role, you'll combine your SAP expertise with strong consulting and delivery leadership skills to shape solutions that drive transformation across our client's SAP platform. Working closely with senior stakeholders, architects and delivery teams, you will act as a trusted advisor, leading workshops, shaping business requirements and designing SAP solutions that deliver measurable outcomes and support wider organisational objectives. You will take collaborative ownership across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through to implementation, testing and transition into live service, ensuring solutions remain aligned to client priorities, governance standards and operational excellence goals.

  • Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end SAP solutions across a major transformation programme.
  • Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder engagements, building trusted relationships and developing a deep understanding of business challenges to define effective SAP solutions.
  • Produce and maintain key design artefacts, including blueprints, functional specifications and solution documentation.
  • Configure SAP solutions and provide functional leadership throughout the build, test and deployment lifecycle.
  • Work as One-Team with architects, developers, testers and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality, business-aligned solutions that maximise value throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, managing risks, dependencies and governance to drive successful outcomes.
  • Support the successful transition into live service while mentoring consultants and contributing to the growth of the wider SAP practice.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise processes, challenge existing approaches and introduce innovative SAP solutions.

Your skills and experience: Experience delivering and supporting SAP solutions within complex, high-volume environments, with exposure to platforms such as PSCD, Tax and Revenue Management (TRM), IS-U, FI-CA, BRIM, or related industry solutions. A strong consulting background, with the ability to develop trusted client relationships, influence stakeholders and translate business needs into solutions that deliver measurable value. Proven experience across the full project lifecycle, from requirements and design through build, testing, deployment and live service support. Good understanding of financial processes, including UK statutory accounting, management accounting principles and integration across the wider SAP ecosystem. Strong problem-solving, incident management, testing, documentation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams. Experience of SAP S/4HANA transformations and relevant SAP or financial certifications would be beneficial but are not essential.

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. If your skills and experience are relevant to this role, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet every requirement outlined above. We're committed to creating an environment where people can develop, grow and realise their potential.
