We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in the Insurance domain who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role

  • Execution: Plan, schedule and execute projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Oversee daily activities, assign tasks and monitor progress for efficiency.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Manage budgets, inventory and resources effectively.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Leadership: Guide and coach team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments and vendors to achieve organizational objectives.

Your Skills Experience

  • 5 years in operations management or leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, project management tools and data analysis software.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, analytical thinking and communication skills.
