Responsibilities
- We need a technically astute Project Manager Delivery Led to join a high-profile Data Centre Exit Programme. The role will lead the planning and execution of migration technology build and integration activities ideally across both physical and cloud environments.
- Working closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless transition from legacy infrastructure with minimal risk and disruption to the business.
- Lead end to end program delivery ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Define and manage program governance financials and reporting frameworks.
- Oversee multiple project streams ensuring interdependencies are managed effectively.
- Drive cloud transformation initiatives AWS preferred and digital modernization.
- Engage with senior stakeholders across business and technology for strategic decision making.
- Ensure adherence to Barclays standards risk frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate Agile Safe delivery models and coach teams on best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12 years of experience in Program Management within Banking Financial Services.
- Proven track record of managing multimillion dollar programs and large teams.
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and migration strategies.
- Expertise in Agile Safe methodologies and tools like JIRA Confluence.
- Excellent stakeholder management leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and risk management practices.
