Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager. As a Digital Product Lead, you will drive the strategy, design, and delivery of innovative digital products that enhance customer experience and align with clients' transformation objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure seamless execution in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the digital product roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle ideation, design, development, testing, and launch.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX/UI teams, and technology squads to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure backlog prioritization for timely delivery.
- Monitor product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize features.
- Ensure compliance with financial services regulations and clients' governance standards.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in digital product management within banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, digital channels, and emerging technologies.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and product delivery frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with API-driven ecosystems, mobile/web platforms, and data-driven decision making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Payments, Retail Banking, or Digital Transformation programs.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management in financial services.
- Certification in Agile/Product Management (CSPO, SAFe, POPM).
