A Sales Developer is responsible for a given territory and must perform the selling of a part of the Capgemini portfolio. He/she is in charge of finding sales opportunities, creating the conditions to success when he/she identifies an opportunity, leading the sales strategy and customer network relationships, negotiating the contract and getting it signed. He/she always acts with great autonomy but uses the full power of the sales team Group. He/she defines a target, chooses the strategic ways to act and reaches the target.

- Create and pitch an effective storytelling, at the highest level of the client organization CxO, therefore building a sustainable network of executives and leaders.
- Anticipate the future business and digital trends, new technologies intelligence through insights on clients priorities and investments, and foster innovation.
- Master consulting skills e.g. ASE to align clients and sponsors in the closing of a deal and act as a real partner to stakeholders at the top of the client organization.
- Think big deals and mega deals shaping, focusing on other criteria than the price only value delivered, total cost of operations, etc. and understand big deals KPIs, structure and commission model.
