In your role, you will partner with our clients to deliver outcomes through the application of cutting-edge data science methods.

YOUR ROLE

In this position you will play a key part in:

  • Supporting and leading the delivery of our Agentic & Gen AI, Data Science and Analytics projects and working closely with your colleagues, ensuring Client expectations are met at all stages.
  • Inspiring our clients on exploiting the potential of Agentic & Gen AI, data science and analytics in their businesses through demonstrations.
  • Developing and deploying new skills in the fields of AI, Data Science and Analytics, with support from your colleagues, to ensure that current methods are used where appropriate.
  • Delivering work in a structured, efficient manner, balancing creativity with practicality, while collaborating effectively with your team to meet client standards and internal quality expectations at pace.

As part of your role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:

  • Business Development: Contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
  • Internal contribution: Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
  • Learning & development: Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

YOUR PROFILE

We'd love to meet someone with:

  • Experience in working within the fields of Agentic & Gen AI, Data Science and Analytics in a client-facing environment, with a proven track record of successfully delivered work across the ML lifecycle and a strong foundation in statistical modelling, natural language processing, time-series analysis, spatial analysis, and mathematical modelling methodologies.
  • Keen to demonstrate the potential that Agentic & Gen AI has to offer to unlock business value.
  • A desire to provide solutions to the real-world issues and challenges with data that our clients face regularly.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with experience in enabling clients to better understand and derive better value and insights from their data.
  • Currently working in a Consulting firm, and/or in industry.

Your Technical Expertise:

  • Architectural and/or feature knowledge of one or more of the listed Data and AI Platforms: Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Databricks.
  • Experience in one or more of the listed Languages such as: Python, R, PySpark.
  • Experience in one or more of the following Agentic & Gen AI Platforms: such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Adept AI, UiPath, OpenAI GPT-5 Agents, Orby AI, and Beam AI.

Eligibility: Due to security clearance requirements, there is a strong preference for candidates who have resided in the UK for more than 5 years.
