This role primarily focuses on delivery, but also offers opportunities to contribute to business development, collaborate across teams, and shape our evolving Cloud security offerings. You'll also play a key role in mentoring colleagues, including graduates and apprentices, helping to grow our inclusive and forward-thinking Cloud security community.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home, noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).

Your role: In this role, you'll work closely with clients and colleagues to design and implement secure cloud solutions. Your work may include:

  • Supporting clients in developing enterprise security use cases aligned with their Cloud strategy
  • Designing and building security reference architectures for public, private, and hybrid Cloud systems
  • Collaborating on the architecture, design, and deployment of secure Cloud environments
  • Working with cross-functional teams to select technologies to support cloud deployments and integrate across hybrid IT ecosystems
  • Sharing knowledge and coaching others—both clients and Capgemini teams—on security technologies and best practices

You can bring your whole self to work. At Capgemini building an inclusive future is part of everyday life and will be part of your working reality. We have built a representative and welcoming environment, for everyone.

Your skills and experience: We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences. You may have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Producing security, configuration, deployment and devsecops models for cloud-based services
  • Producing secure cloud architectures and governance models
  • Protecting cloud environments across network, application, and data layers, abiding by zero trust principles
  • Conducting threat modelling and design reviews as part of secure by design
  • Using automation and orchestration tools to manage secure deployments, potentially including use of agentic AI
  • Hold relevant vendor security certifications from one or more cloud hyperscalers

If you're passionate about cybersecurity and eager to grow in a supportive and inclusive environment, we'd love to hear from you.
