We are seeking a seasoned CRM Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to drive CRM strategy, solution design, and delivery for our Banking and Insurance clients. This role requires strong technical architecture skills, excellent communication and consulting capabilities, and proven leadership across client engagements. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable shaping visionary CRM solutions with client-side architects and guiding internal teams through successful delivery.

Hybrid working

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role

In this role, you will lead the architecture and design of scalable, secure, and high‑performing CRM solutions on Salesforce or Dynamics 365, translating complex business needs into clear technical blueprints. You will work closely with client‑side architects to ensure CRM strategies align with broader enterprise landscapes while shaping solution direction through expert guidance and thought leadership. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will facilitate architectural workshops, present solution options, and influence key decisions that drive business value. You will also play a critical role in pre‑sales by contributing to RFP responses, proposals, and solution demonstrations. Throughout delivery, you will oversee the full lifecycle, from discovery to deployment, ensuring governance, quality, and compliance at every stage. Your leadership will help teams navigate technical challenges, mitigate risks, and maintain alignment with client expectations. As a senior architect, you will champion best practices and help evolve CRM methodologies and reference architectures. Ultimately, you will be accountable for shaping transformative CRM solutions that elevate client outcomes and strengthen our market presence.

Your Skills

You bring extensive hands‑on experience designing enterprise‑grade CRM solutions on Salesforce or Dynamics 365 CE, with a deep understanding of configuration, customization, security, and automation. You are highly skilled in defining data models, integration patterns, and solution architectures, supported by familiarity with platforms such as MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, or Boomi. Your background in financial services enables you to understand customer journeys, core operational processes, and regulatory considerations within banking and insurance environments. You excel in translating complex technical concepts into business‑focused insights and can confidently influence senior client stakeholders and architecture teams. Your consulting strength allows you to articulate value, challenge assumptions, and guide clients toward optimal CRM strategies. You have a proven track record leading multi‑disciplinary teams through robust delivery frameworks, particularly Agile. You operate with strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills that inspire trust and alignment. Above all, you bring a strategic mindset, architectural rigor, and a passion for delivering high‑quality CRM outcomes.
