Job description
- IT Architecture & System Design
- Lead the design and evolution of API architectures, API gateways, and system integrations.
- Develop and maintain target operating models, migration strategies, and modernization roadmaps.
- Oversee software architecture, cloud computing, orchestration, and infrastructure as code initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, scalability, and performance expectations.
- IT Operations & Service Management
- Manage end‐to‐end IT operations, including production control, service deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
- Implement and optimize ITIL-based operational management, configuration management, and conformity control.
- Ensure robust business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) plans and conduct readiness exercises.
- Payments Technology & Card Services
- Oversee platforms related to card issuing, payment card services, payment gateways, and payment solutions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across financial operations, payment schemes, and security requirements.
- Agile Delivery & Software Development
- Drive agile methodologies, facilitating collaboration across Jira, Confluence, Wiki platforms, and collaborative tools.
- Manage CICD pipelines, continuous integration, and software release cycles.
- Guide software engineering, maintainability, and evolutionary software maintenance.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Management
- Manage multi‐cloud environments and provider relationships (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Ensure secure, scalable cloud services and adherence to cloud governance models.
- Performance, Quality & Compliance
- Define and monitor KPIs, management indicators, and performance assessment frameworks.
- Maintain quality management systems and ensure audit readiness.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance, security policies, and industry standards.
- Stakeholder, Supplier & Change Management
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, business partners, and vendors.
- Conduct supplier management, supplier negotiations, and contract oversight.
- Lead change control processes, ensuring risk evaluation, communication, and impact analysis.
- Reporting & Strategic Support
- Deliver business reporting, financial reporting, and insights for leadership decision-making.
- Contribute to corporate finance, cost management, budgeting, and operational forecasts.
- Support business strategy, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years' experience in IT operations, architecture, or software engineering.
- Strong expertise in API management, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), CICD, and system integration.
- Experience in agile methodologies, Jira/Confluence, and collaborative software.
- Solid understanding of financial services and payment technology is highly preferred.
Preferred
- Experience with payment card industry standards (PCI DSS).
- Knowledge of service mesh, orchestration tools, and infrastructure as code.
- Certifications such as AWS Architect, ITIL, PMP, Agile/Scrum Master.
