Your Role
We are looking for a curious and creative individual to join our team of designers, technologists, and facilitators. Your responsibilities will include delivering from two purposeâbuilt locations in London and Telford, and remotely to digital engagements.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of ASE collaborative workshops, both inâperson and digitally.
- Design and set a collaborative workspace to maximise productivity.
- Select and stage audio stimulus to create a suitable energy and environment.
- Ensure content is showcased to accommodate a variety of learning styles.
- Draft assignments by developing key questions that drive participants' work.
- Create work products that coordinate workshop outputs.
- Support the running of the ASE Venture, contributing to or leading on activities such as managing delivery environments, supporting team culture, or elevating reporting and sharing of business impact.
Your Skills and Experience
- A creative, innovative and inquisitive approach to work.
- Excellent listening, teamâworking and communication skills.
- A selfâmotivated and collaborative individual willing to develop new skills.
- An ability to work quickly in a changing environment, meeting tight schedules and deadlines to an appropriate standard.

Security Clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role you must undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although further checks may be required if you have resided outside the UK within the last three years.
