Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Appian Developer to design, develop and implement BPM solutions using the Appian platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Appian design principles, process modelling and integration capabilities ensuring scalable and efficient business workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Appian applications including process models, interfaces, rules and integrations
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Implement Appian plugins, smart services and custom components as needed
- Integrate Appian applications with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, web services and data sources
- Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Conduct unit testing, debugging and support deployment activities
- Maintain documentation for design, configuration and implementation
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and crossâfunctional teams
Your Profile
- Proven experience in Appian BPM development
- Strong knowledge of Appian architecture, SAIL process modeling and Appian objects
- Proficiency in Java, SQL and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with Appian plugins, integration objects and Appian Admin Console
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and SDLC processes
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
