As part of the Scale Agentic Squad, the AI Growth Leader will play a critical role in accelerating the adoption of Agentic AI and Generative AI across Capgemini's most strategic clients.
Working closely with an AI Solution Leader in a "two-in-a-box" model, you will combine business strategy, executive stakeholder engagement, and commercial leadership to shape transformational AI opportunities and drive growth across strategic accounts.
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home, noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role
As an AI Growth Leader, you will be responsible for driving the commercial growth and market adoption of Capgemini's AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI offerings across strategic client accounts.
Working alongside an AI Solution Leader, you will identify business opportunities, engage executive stakeholders, and help clients unlock tangible business value through AI-led transformation.
- Develop and execute account-based growth strategies focused on AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data & Analytics, and Digital Transformation opportunities.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders across strategic client accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and shape high-value AI transformation opportunities from initial client discussions through to contract signature.
- Lead executive workshops and discovery sessions to understand client challenges, define business outcomes, and establish AI roadmaps.
- Develop compelling business cases, value propositions, and investment justifications that demonstrate measurable business impact.
- Partner with the AI Solution Leader to create differentiated solutions that combine Capgemini capabilities, partner technologies, and industry expertise.
- Support proposal development, executive presentations, commercial negotiations, and strategic deal pursuits.
- Drive AI bookings, revenue growth, pipeline generation, and sales conversion across assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with hyperscaler and ecosystem partners including Microsoft, Google, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Open AI, and Anthropic to create joint growth opportunities.
- Act as a senior advisor to clients on AI strategy, operating models, workforce transformation, governance, and value realization.
- Support clients in scaling AI initiatives from proof of concept to enterprise-wide adoption.
- Provide thought leadership on market trends, emerging AI technologies, competitive developments, and industry best practices.
- Mentor account teams and support the development of AI sales and growth capabilities across the organization.
- Represent Capgemini at industry events, executive forums, client roundtables, and partner engagements.

- Significant experience in consulting, business development, technology services, digital transformation, or AI-related leadership roles.
- Proven track record of winning and growing large consulting or technology engagements.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales pursuits and transformation programmes.
- Experience developing C-level relationships and influencing senior business and technology decision makers.
- Strong understanding of enterprise operating models, transformation programmes, and value realization frameworks.
- Experience working in global and matrixed organizations across multiple geographies.
