As part of your role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:

  • Business Development - Using your full stack skillset to build AI Demonstrators to showcase to potential clients, contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitch contribution, and client hosting at events.
  • Internal contribution - Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
  • Learning & development - Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

YOUR PROFILE

We'd love to meet someone with:

  • Experience working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting mindset with a proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering solutions.
  • Experience of working with client sponsors, both technical and non-technical, to collaboratively design requirements and build out solutions.
  • Experience of designing and developing full-stack applications across the application lifecycle, from building early PoCs, through to developing MVPs and testing them, to finally deploying a secure and scalable production-grade solution.
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering solutions using traditional Machine Learning models, Generative AI models and using Agentic AI frameworks in a client-facing environment, by building GenAI and Agentic solutions, including data engineering in cloud environments.
  • The ability to demonstrate the potential that AI has to offer to unlock business value.

Your Technical Expertise:
