Your Role

Capgemini Financial Services is seeking a skilled and passionate Adobe AEM Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, AEM platform understanding, stakeholder management skills, and experience working in agile environments.

  • Product Ownership Strategy
  • Define product vision roadmap and backlog for Adobe AEM Assets and Workfront
  • Align platform capabilities with enterprise marketing creative and content operations needs
  • Own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to delivery and optimization
  • Prioritize features based on business value user feedback and technical feasibility
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Act as primary liaison between business users Marketing Creative Ops Brand Compliance and technical teams
  • Facilitate requirement workshops and translate business needs into user stories
  • Manage executive stakeholders and communicate roadmap progress risks and KPIs
  • AEM Assets DAM
  • Define DAM governance including metadata models taxonomy workflows and asset lifecycle
  • Oversee ingestion versioning approvals localization and distribution workflows
  • Partner with UX and brand teams to improve findability reuse and compliance
  • Ensure integration with AEM Sites Adobe Creative Cloud and downstream channels Adobe Workfront

  • Lead Workfront implementation and optimization for project task and resource management
  • Design and manage workflows for intake approvals creative operations and delivery
  • Drive adoption across marketing creative and delivery teams
  • Configure dashboards reports and KPIs for leadership visibility

  • Own backlog grooming sprint planning and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with architects developers and QA teams
  • Ensure scalable secure and compliant platform design
  • Support release planning and post-launch optimization
  • Governance Optimization
  • Define platform governance model operating procedures and best practices
  • Track success metrics adoption throughput time-to-market asset reuse compliance
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
  • Support audits risk management and ongoing enhancements
