You will be comfortable working independently and across multiple locations, while maintaining a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and service delivery.• Proven IT support experience, including previous work in an IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, or IT Technician role, with hands-on experience providing Level 1 support to end users and managing incidents through ITSM or ticketing systems.• Strong technical knowledge, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, hardware, networking fundamentals, and workplace IT technologies, with the ability to diagnose and resolve common technical issues efficiently.• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, follow established procedures, adapt to changing business needs, and build positive working relationships across multiple sites.
