We are looking for tech‑passionate individuals, eager to start their career in the IT industry. You will be joining a dynamic, forward‑thinking business area, working with one of our UK public sector clients. As a Product Analyst, you will work across a variety of engagements including projects, programmes, portfolios, services and operations. You’ll gain insight into how we use agile methodologies and cutting‑edge technology to deliver high‑quality solutions that meet our clients’ expectations.

This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in stakeholder engagement, agile delivery and business transformation while contributing to meaningful public sector work.

This role is only available to be based in our office in Telford or Worthing. As such you will need to be within commuting distance of the chosen office where you should expect to typically be in our office 3 days a week. The specific role is not available to be based in any other UK office, but other opportunities on our website have more flexibility on locations.

Your role

You will be an integral part of a Scrum team, collaborating with both senior and junior practitioners. Your role will blend project management and business analysis responsibilities, including:

  • Planning and managing projects: defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Leading and motivating teams to achieve project goals.
  • Managing budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation.
  • Monitoring progress against schedules and identifying risks.
  • Facilitating clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Understanding business needs and translating them into actionable requirements.
  • Recommending and supporting improvements, and evaluating their impact.
  • Driving continuous improvement across business processes and solutions.

Your skills and experience

  • Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or a STEM subject.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to translate business needs into requirements.
  • Team collaboration and project planning experience or interest.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a tech‑driven environment.

Your clearance

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre‑employment checks, including identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years and an unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).

Security Check (SC) Clearance. To be successfully appointed to this role it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
