Graduate Product Analyst
Location: Telford or Worthing

Your role
You will be an integral part of a Scrum team, collaborating with both senior and junior practitioners. Your role will blend project management and business analysis responsibilities, including:
- Planning and managing projects: defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Leading and motivating teams to achieve project goals.
- Managing budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation.
- Monitoring progress against schedules and identifying risks.
- Facilitating clear communication with stakeholders.
- Understanding business needs and translating them into actionable requirements.
- Recommending and supporting improvements, and evaluating their impact.
- Driving continuous improvement across business processes and solutions.

Your skills and experience
- Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a STEM subject
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

- Team collaboration and project planning experience or interest

Your clearance
