We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack JavaScript Developer to join our Experience Engineering team. In this role, you will assist in the development of innovative web and mobile applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).
Your role:
- Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web and mobile applications using JavaScript, Node.js, and modern frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Collaborate with architects and other developers to design robust, scalable, and secure architectures for new projects and enhancements to existing systems.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to improving our teams' development processes, tools, and techniques to enhance productivity and product quality.
Your skills and experience:
- Solid experience in full stack JavaScript development, with a strong emphasis on Node.js and server-side technologies.
- Expertise in Angular as the preferred front-end framework (experience with React or Vue.js also valued).
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with at least one leading Node framework (Express.js, Nest.js, Hapi.js).
- Experience with TypeScript and modern development tools and practices.
- Background in Test Driven or Behaviour Driven Development.
Your Security Clearance:
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements. Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality. Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process.
