Your Role

Capgemini Financial Services is seeking a talented and experienced Deployment SME / DevSecOps to join our dynamic team in London, UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the tools, processes, and infrastructure that enable rapid deployment and efficient operations of our financial services application

Your Profile

• Look at existing WoW align them to the approved IDWG ways of working
• Drive Engineering Technology transformation wrt to Deployments with DSPs
• Coordinate with all suppliers for deployments
• Align with SIAM Release Management principles
• Ensure deployment note artifacts per package are in place
• Validate notes approve deployments
• Increase visibility about deployments blockers issues etc
• Centralised Communication
• Facilitate issue resolution during deployments through Triages
• Perform Impact Assessment wrt to deployments
• Coordinate and track test data requests with all suppliers including conflict resolution and escalations
• Review validate test data requests plan for the execution
• Verify that test environments are populated with appropriate data before test cycles begin
• Support environment refreshes and data resets as needed

Key Skills:

1 Technical

• Strong understanding of DevSecOps Lifecycle
• Good understanding of Test Environment Management best Practices driving fragmented setups towards Integrated models
• CICD Pipeline Expertise
• Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms AWS Azure
• Understanding of techniques to enhance deployment tasks
• Designing dashboards in JIRACMDB for Metrics

2 Deployment Environment Management

• Experience managing deployment activities multiple environments dev test etc
• Coordinating environment readiness and data refreshes across teams
• Understanding of service interdependencies and sequencing of deployments
• Tracking KPIs like deployment frequency lead time change failure rate
• Driving continuous improvements

3 Collaboration Communication

• Communicating deployment plans risks and outcomes to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Aligning multiple suppliers on timelines standards and integration points
• Navigating competing priorities and resolving deployment blockers
