YOUR ROLE

The Client Partner is responsible for ongoing account management and development across a major banking client. They will also manage account relationships, coordinating the sales process for new opportunities and the overall successful delivery of services. Also providing oversight to multiple project teams both onshore and offshore. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Account Management
    • Form and lead account teams, being responsible for the development and successful execution of account strategies
    • Coordinate the marketing, sales, delivery and subject matter expertise capabilities required to grow the account
    • Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships
  • Business Development
    • Sell and deliver within the account, adhering to approved contribution margin guidelines. Work with sales team to develop and drive service offerings and campaigns to develop new business
  • Delivery
    • Oversight of project teams working on accounts, and accountable for overall delivery success, from initial project scoping, resource planning, strategy, design, implementation and post go-live phases

YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong sales/ account development background with the ability to achieve the defined targets.
  • Capable of developing senior executive relationships at c-suite level.
  • Proven experience of working closely within a large integrated account.
  • Subject matter expertise in banking and capital markets
  • Prior Engagement Management experience
  • Knowledge of a wide range of technology topics
  • Proven Management Consulting and business process experience
  • Effective communicator who can interpret technical speak into plain language
  • Understanding of working in a Global delivery model
  • Delivery excellence
