The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Here we have a great opportunity to join our team as a Change and Release Manager. This role oversees the change process by ensuring that they are logged, progressed, updated/authorised and actioned/resolved within the scope of the Service Level Agreement, and that all necessary parties are informed and involved in the process. Prepares reports on statistical information. The objective is to ensure all changes are entered into the change management system timely, accurately, and efficiently to ensure that the process is followed, and changes are monitored throughout their lifecycle. The role is also responsible for scheduling, planning, and controlling the software\’s development and delivery process.
If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your role
- Ensure the Change and Release process is adhered to and both Change and Release are deployed without service disruption
- Ensure agreed Requests for Change (RFC) are entered correctly in the Service Management tool
- Reject impractical RFCs
- Ensure that full approval is granted prior to implementing Changes
- Ensure a back-out plan prepared internally is in evidence and has been considered within the overall implementation plan to minimize impact to service availability
- Review, monitor and communicate the progress and final outcome of cross tower Changes to all relevant parties

Your skills and experience
- Experience in developing training material desired, ability to schedule and facilitate training sessions for internal and external resources, mentoring skills.
- Computer systems knowledge, integration, and architecture concepts
- Experience in various Change Management evaluation techniques supported by understanding of statistics and quality management concepts.
- Good Management and communication skills, hosting and facilitating of internal and external CAB meetings, managing virtual teams to deliver Change and Release Management process
- Understanding of cross systems interrelations in context of the global business process
- Ability to present at all levels
