Your Role
As a Senior Consultant within the business consulting domain - Capital Markets Practice, you will support the delivery of consulting engagements with post-trade service providers and their clients.
Additional responsibilities will include supporting the ongoing growth of the Practice by building awareness, developing new business and driving up capabilities within the team.
What you’ll do:
- Delivery: The role will entail working on a variety of client engagements relating to challenges that capital markets firms are facing in the current market and regulatory environments. You will be providing consulting, strategic advisory, business analysis, and programme/project management services to clients, supported by Senior leadership and leveraging experienced industry Subject Matter Experts (“SMEs”).
- People: You will support continuous knowledge growth within the Practice and wider Firm through ad hoc and planned training. You will support the development and oversight of more junior team members and any direct reports.
- Demand: You will contribute to the broader practice including supporting marketing and business development efforts. You will assist the sales team by crafting, developing, and advising on solution approaches for Practice campaigns and/or campaigns that require Practice expertise and input. You will contribute to the practice sales campaign pipeline and thought leadership in relation to upcoming market driven events.
Your Profile
- Either financial services consulting or change experience within the Capital Markets ecosystem (preferably post-trade).
- Knowledge of, or interest in, several of the following topics:
- Consulting
- Programme / Project management
- Business analysis
- Capital Markets
- Post-trade processing
- Financial Market Infrastructure and/or Post-trade Financial Technology
- Strategy, Operating Model and Process Design
