Your Role: Documenting and communicating business requirements aligned to each GenAI use case (one use case defined for 2025). Help define the Business Banking GenAI backlog for 2026 using the value orchestration framework. Seek a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience in analyzing complex business requirements and delivering scalable solutions. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, data teams, and AI engineers to enable the delivery of impactful, data-driven, intelligent solutions.
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional and technical specifications.
- Perform advanced SQL queries for data analysis, validation, profiling, and reporting.
- Collaborate with data engineering and AI/ML teams to drive GenAI initiatives including natural language interfaces, document summarization, intelligent chatbots, and prompt engineering using Azure OpenAI.
- Partner with engineering teams using Azure Databricks (preferred) for data transformation, cleansing, and analytics.
- Maintain process flow diagrams, data flow mappings, and requirement traceability matrices.
- Support QA and UAT by creating test plans, test cases, and performing functional validations.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments, managing user stories and sprint deliverables using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Your Profile:
- Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with data profiling, validation, and transformation.
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, especially:
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills across business and technical teams.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks for large-scale data processing and analytics.
- Familiarity with Python, PySpark, and cloud-based data workflows.
- Exposure to LLMs, NLP, and foundational AI/ML concepts.
- Experience in regulated industries (banking, telecom, insurance) is a plus.
- Azure or Data/AI certifications such as DP-600, DP-203, or AI-102.
- Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA) are an asset.
