Capgemini’s UK TUPE team in Birmingham is seeking a TUPE Bid and Transition Manager to shape people solutions for major bids, lead TUPE consultations and coordinate staff transfers across client sites, Capgemini offices and home working.
You will craft compelling HR inputs for bid submissions, advise Legal and Commercial colleagues on TUPE matters, perform due diligence on costs and T&Cs, and train the business on TUPE while maintaining accurate bid materials.
