Your Role

Capgemini Financial Services is seeking a skilled and passionate Adobe AEM Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, AEM platform understanding, stakeholder management skills, and experience working in agile environments.

  • Product Ownership Strategy
  • Define product vision roadmap and backlog for Adobe AEM Assets and Workfront
  • Align platform capabilities with enterprise marketing creative and content operations needs
  • Own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to delivery and optimization
  • Prioritize features based on business value, user feedback, and technical feasibility
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Act as primary liaison between business users, Marketing Creative Ops, Brand Compliance, and technical teams
  • Facilitate requirement workshops and translate business needs into user stories
  • Manage executive stakeholders and communicate roadmap progress, risks, and KPIs
  • AEM Assets DAM
  • Define DAM governance including metadata models, taxonomy, workflows, and asset lifecycle
  • Oversee ingestion, versioning, approvals, localization, and distribution workflows
  • Partner with UX and brand teams to improve findability, reuse, and compliance
  • Ensure integration with AEM Sites, Adobe Creative Cloud, and downstream channels
  • Adobe Workfront Responsibilities
  • Lead Workfront implementation and optimization for project task and resource management
  • Design and manage workflows for intake, approvals, creative operations, and delivery
  • Drive adoption across marketing, creative, and delivery teams
  • Configure dashboards, reports, and KPIs for leadership visibility
  • Delivery Agile Execution
  • Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with architects, developers, and QA teams
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant platform design
  • Support release planning and post-launch optimization
  • Governance Optimization
  • Define platform governance model, operating procedures, and best practices
  • Track success metrics, adoption, throughput, time-to-market, asset reuse, compliance
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
  • Support audits, risk management, and ongoing enhancements
