Job Title: ServiceNow Developer About the job you\’re considering You will be involved in all technical aspects of implementing Service Management, Service Integration, and Management solutions for our clients using the ServiceNow Platform. Your role requires thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and related technologies to meet your development deliverables aligned with business requirements. Hybrid working: Your work location will vary between Company offices, client sites, and your home, depending on role and needs. Note that you cannot work 100% from home. If offered this position, you will undergo pre-employment checks including identity, nationality or immigration status, employment history for the past 3 years, and a criminal record check (Disclosure and Barring Service). Your role Participate in the technical implementation of ServiceNow using industry-standard practices. Co-design and develop new ServiceNow applications, solutions, and services. Own complex business requirements and work towards completion with support from the ServiceNow Business Analyst. Assist in estimating effort levels for releases. Use your technical expertise to ensure optimization and compliance within IT organizations using ServiceNow. Your skills and experience Experience in administering the ServiceNow Platform and working in Agile/Scrum environments. Scripting skills: JavaScript, Angular/AngularJS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Jelly. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Understanding of relational database concepts. Experience with LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services, and ITOM. Preferred Certifications include: ServiceNow CSA, Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Platform Implementation Specialist. Your security clearance Obtaining a Security Check (SC) clearance is required. You must have resided continuously in the UK for the last 5 years, among other criteria.
