ServiceNow Architect

We’re hiring a ServiceNow Architect to advance their career while delighting customers through project work and foundational tasks. Our collaborative approach ensures high satisfaction levels for clients and ourselves. The ideal candidate should have experience in solutioning, designing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to improve business processes and user experiences.

Hybrid working: Work will vary between Company offices, client sites, and your home, but not exclusively from home.

Your role

• Establish and enforce system design and architectural standards, maintain best practices, and drive principles throughout the systems delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to the design of ServiceNow solutions as a recognized Architect or Design Authority.
• Assist in bids and present proposals to clients.
• Bring innovative ideas and thought leadership to clients and bids.

Your skills and experience

• Experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across modules, including custom applications and integrations.
• Developing and maintaining Low- and High-Level Design Documentation.
• Broad experience with the Now Platform.
• Managing & administering ServiceNow in SaaS environments.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and understanding of architectural structures within ServiceNow SaaS & On-premises environments.
• Expected Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow Implementation Certifications, ITIL Foundation Certified.

Your security clearance

To be appointed, you must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. Residing continuously in the UK for the last 5 years is required, along with other criteria. You will be asked about your security clearance eligibility during recruitment, including nationality and residence details. Some roles may require UK citizenship only.
