The Enterprise Data Management practice within the Insights and Data business unit of Capgemini; a global practice involved in Enterprise Data Management, Cloud Platforms, Enterprise Content Management and AI & Analytics. The Enterprise Data Management provides services on Information Strategy, Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Architecture, Data Migration and Lifecycle Management.
We help our clients build an enterprise-class data platform that allows them to move ahead in their journey of data and insights. Primarily working with leading software vendors like SAP, Informatica, IBM, Oracle et al, the team are first and foremost Consultants, putting client requirements and industry best practices at the heart of delivery.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role

We are looking for a candidate who bring in senior leadership and expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), with experience and expertise around data domain knowledge of such as PP, SD, MM, FI/CO working as functional consultant, architect, or delivery lead.
• Lead and Manage delivery of large SAP MDG projects or streams in larger projects.
• Manage stakeholders, both from the client and internally, and help clients them define, classify, and prioritise their requirements and solution roadmap.
• Drive creation of new SAP value propositions, Go To Market offerings and accelerators across the whole technology set of SAP in the context of Data Management(Governance,MDM,DQ, Migration and Analytics).
• Build SAP data Internal capability, propositions, trainings etc.
• Work with Capgemini management consultants and programme managers to design solutions that leverage SAP packaged content and solutions but also look beyond standard offerings and safeguard clients’ core requirements and competitive advantage.

• Consulting and design of complex solutions and business processes re-engineering process required to support MDM implementations.
• Contributing to the analysis of master data requirements, data integration, and performing complex data mapping activities
• Designing and developing the MDM components to support the MDM implementations and focussing on identifying the underlying data issues using the output of the Data Quality tools

• Providing information, feedback and guidance to clients to support technology-related decision making.

Your Skills and Experience

• In-depth knowledge of SAP MDG and SAP landscape applications
• Experience in managing and leading large sized teams with demonstrable experience and expertise in working within a global development environment with multiple stakeholders and distributed team.
• Demonstrable experience in leading and delivering, development and design, for large transformation programs using the SAP MDG and other SAP technology stack.
• Extensive Data Domain knowledge in domains such as PP, SD, MM, FI/CO etc. by being a functional/technical consultant and experience in delivering MDG programs leveraging standard and innovative approaches.
• Experience in leading and implementing solutions for data profiling, data cleansing and data enrichment within an SAP context.
• Has experience in managing and delivering architectures, solutions and large requirements as part of S4 transformation journey.

Your Security Clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
