Role purpose / summary
A Business Operations Analyst is accountable for supporting the day-to-day operations of a business or department. They are to support operations across various functional areas, implementing strategies to achieve organisational goals. In supporting the Practice, they will create strong working relationships with key stakeholders to drive efficiencies along with consistent delivery of processes and tooling. The Business Operations Analyst will form part of the Practices Business Operations Team and will be required to deputise for the Business Operations Partner.

- M-Cycle output (M-Review Pack, Risk & Opportunities, Headcount)
- Support with the delivery of the agreed resourcing & recruitment strategy
- Delivery of Practice Communications plan
- Provide consistent approach to governance structure
- Work with TWP to drive training & capability targets
