Your Role
As a Service Designer, you\’ll be part of our Digital Factory community, passionate about user-centered design, critical thinking, and building digital services and products. You\’ll champion inclusive design, ensuring accessibility and advocating for principles throughout project lifecycles. Working with major clients across sectors, you\’ll have opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize value from service design from inception to application.
- Support end-to-end service design processes, from ideation to testing.
- Champion user-centricity using various tools and methods.
- Work on innovative ideas alongside solution teams.
- Identify and lead improvements using current and emerging trends, influencing various stakeholders.
Additional Opportunities
Contribute to business development, internal initiatives, and learning & development activities, including proposals, campaigns, whitepapers, training, and certifications.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in service design, working independently.
- Knowledge of GDS standards and applying design principles.
- Ability to produce service design artefacts like user journeys, personas, blueprints.
