Your Role
Join our growing Data & AI Strategy team at Capgemini Invent, where we design and build strategies and operating models to transform how organizations leverage data & AI across industries. We are building a team of experts across the data & AI lifecycle and seek talented professionals to strengthen our position as leaders in data & AI strategy and operating models.
As a Data & AI Operating Model Manager, you will lead teams of data & AI consultants and specialists in designing and implementing large-scale data & AI operating models to enhance organizational capabilities. You will work with stakeholders at all levels to assess current data maturity, identify opportunities and gaps, and develop strategic blueprints. Your role includes building trusted client relationships, advising on data capabilities, integrating ethical and sustainable practices, and contributing to practice development and market growth. You will also identify growth opportunities, craft responses, and leverage the full scope of services to maximize client value.
Your Profile
- Experience in organizational design, advising on effective data teams, governance, and skills.
- Knowledge of data & analytics delivery models such as agile development, AI/ML Ops, and Analytics Ops.
- Understanding of business architecture and how to align data teams with organizational structures.
- Extensive experience across the data lifecycle, from ingestion to archival, and ability to define workflows.
- Deep understanding of data tooling and platforms, advising on suitable tools for specific needs.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with C-suite, end-users, and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead strategy development, assess operating models, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Experience in scaling data capabilities and guiding technological enablement.
