YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Consultant in Oracle HR Technology, you will be instrumental in delivering transformative HR solutions for our clients. Leveraging your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and functional HR processes, you will guide clients through complex digital transformations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, HR policy, and compliance with government regulations (where relevant). This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking to build or expand their experience within government or public sector environments. While prior public sector experience is advantageous, it is not essential—what matters most is the ability to apply structured thinking, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement skills in a regulated setting. In this role, you will play a key role in:
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Lead specific workstreams such as functional, testing, process, data migration, or integration.
- Support the design and delivery of Oracle HCM solutions across multiple modules.
- Advise clients on HR best practices, operating models, and compliance frameworks within the public sector.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (technical, change, testing) to deliver end‑to‑end transformation programs from discovery through deployment.
