Your Role
As a Data & AI Operating Model Consultant, you will play a key role in enabling organizations to leverage data and AI for business outcomes. Your responsibilities include:
- Designing effective data, analytics & AI operating models, aligning capabilities with strategic objectives.
- Providing guidance and advisory services across the data & analytics value chain.
- Assessing existing data capabilities, identifying gaps, and developing blueprints for operating models.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to overcome barriers, develop success measures, and monitor implementation.
- Integrating ethical and responsible data practices, ensuring compliance and trust.
- Contributing to practice development by identifying market opportunities and creating thought leadership content.
Your Profile
Ideal candidates will have:
- Organizational design experience for effective data teams and governance processes.
- Knowledge of delivery models such as agile data development, AI/MLOps, AnalyticsOps.
- Understanding of business architecture and data value chain management.
- Familiarity with data tooling and platform selection.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in strategy development, implementation, and scaling data analytics and AI solutions.
