Your Role
The role will be responsible for leading workforce transformation initiatives, ranging from client engagement and advisory to delivery of talent management and cultural change programs. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand organizational goals, assess workforce challenges, and shape transformation agendas.
Responsibilities
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand organizational goals and assess workforce challenges.
- Provide advisory services on workforce trends, talent management, leadership development, skills strategies, and workplace culture.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition and management solutions, enhancing learning and development programs to address skills gaps.
- Lead cultural transformation initiatives, foster inclusive high‑performing environments, and guide organisations through behavioural change.
- Lead scoping, planning and delivery of workforce transformation projects, ensuring solutions are innovative, data‑driven and aligned with client objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups and leadership sessions to co‑create solutions, build consensus and drive stakeholder buy‑in.
- Coach and mentor junior team members as part of the practice.
Key Activities
- Conduct skills gap analyses and develop career or learning pathways that align with business needs.
- Co‑create and implement career pathways, learning strategy and journeys that support internal mobility.
- Design and deliver reskilling, learning and culture change programmes.
- Partner with HR, L&D and business leaders to align workforce initiatives with goals.
- Integrate skills and learning frameworks into HR systems such as LMS and talent management platforms.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on workforce data and analytics.
- Support change management and communication plans to embed new frameworks and tools effectively.
Business Development & Internal Contribution
- Building and contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids and client pitches.
- Campaign development, internal think‑tanks and whitepapers.
- Practice development and offering development.
- Training and certification programs for career development.
Profile
- Experience working at a major consulting firm or in an industry with a consulting background. Candidate depth in workforce transformation is highly desirable.
- Growth mindset and strong client‑facing communication skills.
- Excellence in establishing working relationships with clients and teams.
- Experience in Agile methodology, Design Thinking and Change Management is desirable.
- Experience in proposition building and delivery.
- Demonstrated success in a matrixed organisation and ability to enlist peer support.
Security Clearance
